M.U.N.P. - Moho
Kerbelia, the leader of the International Space Committee, issued an order to provide coverage to all Space Communities located in the Kerbolar System via Satellite connection. Thus, they selected their main contractors: Nicholas Space Productions, and Kerbal Mechanical Labs. Their goal was simple: get a satellite to Moho that was in a geostationary orbit above the Moho Community to provide constant communication. However, N.S.P. didn't rely on their Astra Sailor for this mission, as they wanted to use their new Titan Sailor platform to prove it was ready for the consumer market's flights, and to use the new technology. So, after the spacecraft was ready to launch, it went off of the joint-launch-complex of Red Horizon Spaceport on Duna, and it entered orbit 15 minutes later. Then, it executed its needed burns to eventually get down to Moho, and drop off the needed Payload. After the payload was dropped off, it retro-fired its thrusters to enter a stable orbit while Titan Sailor returned to Eve to land. During Eve re-entry, the spacecraft got toasty, and it reached it's maximum allowed temperatures, but it got through. However, there was some damage to the heat shield, as the ablative layer burned off. Other than that, the spacecraft was fine. Another highlight of this mission was to indirectly show the Syracusian space program that they are infact, not alone on Moho.
M.U.N.P. - Urlum
After Moho was all finished, Titan Sailor was proven as a successful platform for delivering payloads to hard-to-reach areas of the Kerbolar System, and Kerbal Mechanical Lab's satellites were starting to prove themselves worthy of high-stake missions, especially near the heat of Kerbol. Now, the exploration of Urlum was actually proposed by Nicholas Kerman to Seedun Kerman, as Nicholas stated that it would be a good idea to understand how gas giants work, as it could give them a better understanding of gravitational forces, along with providing a gateway for launches further into the Kerbolar System. After given a good reason, Seedun Kerman agreed to fund Nicholas Space Production's next project, as Seedun was pro space exploration. After all, we have had much more progress with Seedun then we did Bob. So, Kerbal Mechanical Labs created the satellite with SatScan technology, and it was sent to Urlum. From this mission, we learned many things about Urlum, specifically that it has Diamonds raining in its atmosphere, and that there is a way to make communication times quicker. However, the details on this are classified. Furthermore, N.S.P. has established a colony on Polta, Urlum's main moon. Polta's surface is mainly composed of Silicone, a common element used in microchip manufacturing. However, this is a special type of Silicone, as it is mixed with Carbon atoms, which are the basis of life. In some regions of Polta, it is covered in Rare Materials, such as metals and radioactive isotopes. Along with this, a research base has been sent to Wal, to discover the techtonic activities occurring on it to hopefully derive better technology regarding techtonic energy capturing. Rumors have spread, wondering, could life have existed here? There are indications of a sub-surface ocean, but it is unlikely according to evidence.
M.U.N.P. - Neidon
After the success of the Urlum missions, N.S.P. and Kerbal Mechanical Labs finally figured out how to achieve communication over long distances with their GravTech, and they even established some colonies around the Urlum system for future inhabitants. However, Neidon, the last gas giant, was seen by the Astra Telescope a while back, and its purple tint has made many scientists confused, as this means it could be made of some rare mineral in the atmosphere. Along with this, Neidon has many moons, and one of them is primarly icey, and scientists think its orbital plane is very inclined. It is called Thatmo, and it seems to have an atmosphere made of icey materials. So, N.S.P. and Kerbal Mechanical Labs set up a mission from Astra Sailor to launch a vessel similar to the Titan Cronus into orbit around Nedion, and also explore the surface of Thatmo. Furthermore, Nissee has been identified as a target within this mission, too. After a routine launch from Red Horizon Spaceport, the Titan Sailor 75' made its way towards Neidon to carry out its mission. When it got there, it took many beautiful pictures of Neidon, and then transitioned into its Thatmo encounter. It dropped off its Thatmo playload, and included in this payload was a lander. This lander made its way down to the surface, and captured many beautiful sights, along with important data. Thatmo has an atmosphere, and it is primarily made up of Carbon, specifically a Carbonic-Silicate mixture. Furthermore, clouds of "Dry Ice Carbon" are seen in its atmosphere. The surface is made of mainly Carbonic-Silicate metals, which has a layer of water on it forming ice. Below the surface, though, there is a warm ocean of water that is caused by Neidon's tidal forces. Moving on, we have Nissee, which is very similar to Gilly, but it is oval shaped. It is considered to be an asteroid that has captured around Neidon. It is very rich in water, natural gas, and metals. Also, K.M.L. sent a manned mission to Nissee, which proved their rapid success in the aerospace industry, as they have achieve what was though to be impossible: to sent life to the edge of our reality. Near the end of the mission, N.S.P. and K.M.L. decided sending the Titan Sailor 75' back to the inner system of Kerbol would not be feasible, so they decided to send it into Neidon for science. After 15 minutes of decent, it finally became crushed 60 kilometers below Neidon's "Sea Level." This moment marked the reliability, and strength of the Titan Sailor platform.
M.U.N.P. - Plock
Following the Neidon mission and its successes, Kerbelia decided to explore the final destination in the Kerbolar System: Plock, and its moon Karen. This mission was executed primarily to see if Plock could become the Interstellar Gateway in resources and transportartion. Furthermore, it was seen to explore the Binary System of Plock and Karen. So, after being given a contract from the Kerbelian Government, N.S.P. and Kerbal Mechanical Labs came up with a solution to this problem. N.S.P. would attempt to transport two probes to the Plockian System using Titan Sailor the new early technology of Gravtech solution. K.M.L. would design the probes that would be sent to Plock, as per usual. Thus, the mission began from Red Horizon. A Titan Sailor was used to launch this into orbit of Duna due to its reliability of handling high stakes missions, and it made its way to Plock using Gravitational Bending. After it reached reached the Plock System, one went into a Polar Orbit of Plock, and the other went into Polar Orbit of Karen. The satellites found that the two celestial bodies were very resource rich in nearly every regard, and that they had some flat spots, and also mountains. This means that Plock and Karen could both be contenders for a Interstellar Gateway. During this mission, valuable data was gained, and amazing pictures were too. However, this may be the last major launch of N.S.P. and Kerbal Mechanical Labs, as Kerbelian Elections are coming up.
