Operation Iceberg:
Resource Prospecting
With an upscale in rocket production, N.S.P. Corp was in search of Rare Earth minerals that could help with rocket production. Fortunately, Vall was found to have to have the needed resources, thus N.S.P. Set up a colony on Vall.
Operation Iceberg 1: First Vall landing.
After N.S.P. Discovered the resources located on Vall, a mission was sent to explore an area of interest. The landing resulted in the knowledge of the area, and would result in the colonization of the area. The lander was launched on a fully reusable Astra Sailor off of Laythe, and the mission was a success.
Operation Iceberg 2: Command Node
Now that an area was found, N.S.P. Launched KA-ACE off of Laythe with the command module with it aimed for Vall. Thankfully, it reached and landed at Vall safely, and now the two next modules were needed for the base's completion.
Operation Iceberg 3: Drill
With a command module up and running, A Drill was sent to allow for the manufacturing of parts to allow for the expansion of the colony. After the drill was landed, the final mission for the base was set to launch.
Operation Iceberg 4: Science Lab
After the drill, the final part of the Vall outpost was the Science Lab. With this, the Kerbals were now able to dive deeper into the science part of Vall, and it's watervapor atmosphere.
Operation Iceberg 5: Launch Capable
The final mission of Operation Iceberg was to test if the Vall base was able to act as an orbital platform for launching. Thankfully, it was able to complete its tests, and the first Vall satelite was launched into Vall orbit.Â
