Nuntral, properly known as Nuntral State, is located near the North Poles of Kerbin, to the west of Syracuse. It has a total populous of 20 million Kerbals, making the least populated country on Kerbin. Furthermore, it is notable due to its heavy alliance to Syracuse after it's split apart from the First Cramonian Reich. Furthermore, it has started to become more and more Syracusan as the years have progressed. Nuntral is classified as a Sub-World Country.
History
Nuntral State is a nation formed in the wake of the Cramonian Reich's collapse due to the heavy Syracusan Influence on the region. Nuntral State was thought to be the final hide out for Smartt Kerman before he got assassinated in the streets. Furthermore, Nuntral State is the least populated of all the nations of Kerbin, boasting a measly 20 million Kerbals. This is primarily because the region was a major area for Syracusan Nuclear tests. As a result of this, the region has no good land-use other than Government Contracts to keep blowing up the place. Many Western Leaders have shown distaste for this because of its deadly affects on the Climate zone. Other reports of cancerous materials from these Nuclear blasts have been observed in the region's plant and animal life.
GeoPolitcal Stance
In the beginning, Cramonia was always leaning towards the Syracusans. But ever since Operation F.O.S.S.I.L. by the Western Pact, they have always leaned towards them in any matter. Furthermore, United Cramonia has wished to fully re-unite the Cramonian region to prevent future conflicts from breaking out between the two divided nations of Nuntral and United Cramonia. Finally, they have recently accepted financial recovery options from Kerbelia to modernize and Develop their nation into becoming one of the major Western World Powers.
Advancements
Nuntral in the Nuclear Testing Field, as it is holds the record for most nuclear explosions recorded in all of Kerbal History. Other than that, though, it seems to share a similar path with Syracuse as it is mainly influenced by them. Nuntral Ranks 7th on a Global Scale of Gross Domestic Product, and 7th in terms of GDP per Capita.
