Treaty of Konov 2034

To establish freedom and saftey for the Federal Republic of Laklar, the final borders have been determined.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar maintains its pre-treaty borders of the Iconian Archipelago.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar regains Virrida, the separatist island that Syracuse has occupied for twenty years.

• The National Syracusan Republic agrees to the borders and recognizes them.

• The United States of Kerbelia agrees to the borders and recognizes them.

To ensure Laklar's future is one of free will and not submission, the treaty sets forth the following.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar keeps Stephen Kerman as the president.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar must hold a vote to decide their allignment; they must decide if the country will continue to be in the Western Pact Alliance or disband their allegiance to it.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar will be demoted to a diplomatic peace keeper if they choose to leave the alliance.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar gains full independence from every other country on Kerbin.

• The National Republic of Syracuse continues to keep their oil fields and other companies on their previously occupied Island for 10 years. After this, the Federal Republic of Laklar can decide on what to do with them.

To prevent fear and provocation of war, the following is to happen.

• The United States of Kerbelia, and other Western Pact Alliance members must fully withdraw all military assets out of the Federal Republic of Laklar for 10 years.

• The National Republic of Syracuse must not put military forces within 250 nautical miles of the island for 10 years.

• The Federal Republic of Laklar is permitted any military they so require.
