The Western Pact Alliance (WPA)
"Protecting Man and Woman's right to Freedom."
"Protecting Man and Woman's right to Freedom."
Since our inception, we have been dedicated to serving the civilians of five different nations by protecting their birthrights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
In 1985, the year when Ikreland and Kerbelia joined forces to tackle the cosmos, the Western Pact was formed through a mutual agreement to progress society scientifically. Later on, the alliance's purpose was extended due to the result of the Financial Crisis of 2002, taking on a more geopolitical approach to problems rather then that of a scientific agreement. Then, after the Syracusan threat of Laklar and Leeland, the two nations swiftly applied to join the alliance, bringing member count up to four. Recently, the Republic of Cramonia has joined the alliance, bringing the total member count up to five.
The Western Pact was a crucial factor for the revival of the World Economy after the 2002 financial crisis, leading cooperation between nearly all nations on Kerbin to secure a brighter future. In fact, th Western Pact was the middle man between the famous buy out of Ikreland's debt by Kerbelia. With this, the two nations ended up more powerful after the crisis, securing a bond that would later represent what the Western Pact represents in today's world.
